  • HRI connects qualified international healthcare professionals, including RNs, NPs, PTs, and OTs, with trusted U.S. healthcare employers. We guide candidates step by step, from early requirements through placement, so the process feels clear and supported.

  • Nothing. Our services are completely free for healthcare professionals. We are paid by U.S. employers, so candidates can focus on meeting requirements and preparing for a successful move and long-term role.

  • Most agencies focus on shorter contracts. HRI is built around a long-term, 4-year commitment to both candidates and employer partners. If a placement is not working out anytime within those four years, we help the employer staff a qualified replacement at no additional cost.

  • We provide personalized guidance through each step, including English exam requirements, licensing, NCLEX preparation expectations, and the U.S. work visa process. We also support the transition to the U.S. with help like flights and housing arrangements, so you feel confident from start to finish.
